Start to launch, in order
Steps 1 to 4 take most owners under twenty minutes. The rest depends mainly on how quickly you can send us your business details and photos.

Choose and purchase
Clear pricing, online checkout, and immediate access to your dashboard.

Complete onboarding
Guided questions about your services, hours, story and how you want to be contacted.

Upload your information and assets
Your dashboard shows exactly what is required, what we received, and what is still missing.

We build your first draft
Your first draft is targeted within 7 days after your required onboarding content and assets are complete.

Review and send feedback
You review the draft and submit the change feedback included at that stage.

Finalize
We apply your feedback and complete the final quality pass.

Connect your domain and launch
Your domain stays registered in your name. We help connect it and go live.
- 10
Ongoing website care begins
Monitoring, backups, health checks, minor fixes and your Monthly Business Update.
Important
The 7-day clock starts when your materials are complete
We will never start a countdown while we're still waiting on your logo, your photos or your service list. Your dashboard marks each required item as Received or Missing, so you always know whether the ball is in your court or ours.
Required
Items we cannot build without. These hold the clock.
Received
Uploaded and stored. Nothing more needed from you.
Missing
Still outstanding. Shown with a plain-language reason it matters.
Optional
Helpful but not blocking. Add them any time.
Approved / Ready
Reviewed by Havelin and cleared for the build.
